FUROSHIKI WORKSHOP WITH TATIANA ARAZAKI

In this workshop, Tatiana Arazaki, founder of the TATINOTABI (“Tati’s journey”) project, invites you to discover the traditional Japanese art of Furoshiki—a sustainable and elegant fabric wrapping technique that has been used in Japan for centuries.

Through different folding and knotting techniques, you will learn how to: wrap gifts creatively, create reusable bags, carry everyday objects in style, and reduce your use of paper and plastic.

OMAMORI WORKSHOP WITH YUKARI MIYANO

Discover the meaning and tradition behind Omamori, Japanese amulets that protect their wearers and help make wishes come true.

In this workshop led by Yukari Miyano, you will be able to create your own traditional Japanese amulet, choosing from a variety of beautiful Japanese fabrics. With needle and thread, you will sew your Omamori, add a cord, and finish with a small decoration of your choice.
