PANEL | TRAINING YOUR BRAIN WITH A PAINTBRUSH: NEUROSCIENCE AND ASIAN PAINTING

In this panel discussion with Beatriz de Zulliger, a neuroscience communicator and Asian painting artist, we explore how the practice of Asian painting can help strengthen the brain throughout life. Drawing on neuroscience, we discuss the concept of cognitive reserve and how creativity and mental stimulation help foster greater resilience in the face of aging. An inspiring session on art, science, and well-being.
