“ARE YOU OKAY?” – SCREENING + PANEL DISCUSSION

“Are You Okay?” is a moving short film, written, performed, and scored by teenagers, that addresses issues such as bullying and youth suicide, giving voice to the silent struggles of many young people.

Following the screening, there will be a roundtable discussion with members of the crew and cast, fostering an open conversation about the film’s themes and the importance of human connections.

LIVE TTRPG | DEMON NINJA

On Sunday, ALEA presents a live game of Demon Ninja, the TTRPG from Portuguese publisher Newborn Games. Between cursed samurai and demonic ninjas, follow a story of hope in the midst of darkness—part game, part show.

On Saturday, on the Japan Stage, Joana and Juliara, from Shikuretto Team, will present a workshop dedicated to the pre-production of videos, both short and long formats. The session will address the importance of planning, the stages of the creative process, choice of equipment, and practical tips to facilitate the creation of higher quality and more efficient audiovisual content.

On Sunday, Iberanime will host a panel presented by PIN – Partners in Neuroscience, which explores the relationship between anime and the way we think, feel, and develop throughout our lives.
