Snowkel is a Japanese rock band consisting of three members: Kaba (bass), Nishi (guitar and vocals), and Yama (drums).
They sold their first album independently in 2004, and the following year they produced a mini-album, ‘Sora Colourful’. In 2006, they signed a contract with Sony Music Japan and released their first studio album, ‘Snowkel Snorkel’, which contains the song ‘Namikaze Satellite’, the seventh opening theme for the anime ‘Naruto’, which brought them international recognition.
Since then, they have had several songs used in other anime series, such as the second ending theme for Kiba, ‘Solar Wind,’ and the sixth ending theme for Gintama, ‘Kiseki.’
This is the band’s first time performing in Portugal, and you won’t want to miss this show on Sunday, 13 October.
