MADKID is a Japanese boy group consisting of 2 rappers (LIN and YUKI) and 3 vocalists (YOU-TA, SHIN, KAZUKI) who formed in 2014 and made their major debut in 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2019, the group released their single \u201cRISE\u201d for the TV anime series “The Rising of the Shield Hero\u201d. The song quickly became a hit all over the world. They were later able to release their songs \u201cFAITH\u201dand \u201cBring Back\u201d, as openings for the second season of the series.<\/span><\/p>\n

In January 2023, MADKID released \u201cPARANOID\u201d as the theme song for the Netflix TV anime series “Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre\u201d. In October of the same year, they released their single \u201cSIN\u201d, which became the opening theme song for Season 3 of “The Rising of the Shield Hero\u201d. In December of that year, they released their single \u201cFLY\u201d as the opening theme for the TV anime series \u201cSasaki and Peeps”, which was released in January 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n

In April 2024, the group released the single \u201cFutatsu no Kotoba\u201d, as the opening theme for the TV anime series \u201cTADAIMA, OKAERI\u201d. The following month, the group made their debut performance in Canada at Anime North, in Toronto.<\/span><\/p>\n

In October of this year, they released their single \u201cChaser\u201d, as the opening theme for the TV anime series \u201cHaigakura\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

In January-February 2025, the group held their first North American tour in collaboration with anime song-singer NANO. The tour was visiting 11 cities in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.<\/span><\/p>\n

In October of this year, they released \u201cMad Pulse\u201d as the theme song for the TV anime series \u201cDIGIMON BEATBREAK.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
